Thank you for buying our courses. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our self-paced training courses.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on LearnKartS, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: For Self-Placed Courses:

Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. Refund request is void if the participant has accessed more than 10% course or downloaded the resources. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

• Eligible refunds requests will be processed within 30 working days
• Eligible refund will be processed to the original mode of payment
• Request for partial refund will not be entertained beyond stipulated time
• Access to the course and any other privileges granted to the learner will be revoked once the refund is processed

Cancellation & Refunds: For Exam Simulators:

If the test has been attempted (even if partially) then no refund request will be entertained. If Exam Simulator has not been attempted, then same terms and condition applies for refund as that for Self-paces courses.

LearnKartS reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the refund request is approved by LearnKartS.
